This web site is operated by Fields of Blue, (FOB) Unit 3, Parklands Farm, Parklands, Shere, Surrey GU5 9JQ, United Kingdom.  Using the trading styles of Femme Blue, Maison Blue, Enfant Blue, Aromatherapy Shopping. Our principal contact is via email at shop@fieldsofblue.co.uk - we endeavour to reply to all messages with two business days. You agree that e-mail will be used as the standard means of communication.
Once an order has been placed and a means of payment made, if we accept that order, we agree to supply the goods in a timely manner.

Liability
FOB attempts to ensure that the information available on the website at any one time is true and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will be error-free. FOB does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses, trojans, worms or anything else that may have destructive properties. We do try to ensure our systems are clean.
FOB does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
FOB will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
FOB makes no representations about the fitness for a particular purpose of any of the products or services available on this website.
FOB does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from the website.
FOB will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.

This Liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law.

Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in England. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

Privacy
Privacy, security and confidentiality are important to us. Collection of data is done solely to understand our customers, so that we may provide the best service suited to you the customer. We or our associated companies may from time to time contact you with offers or information, however you will always be given the option to no longer recieve such information from each source.

We do not hold any credit card information at any time - all card transaction are done via a secure card processor, (such as PayPal) each of which will process data on a secure server and safe environment. For this reason we do not take card details over the phone or email.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Customers may return item(s) within 14 days at your expense, in the original (or suitable )wrapping and in original resalable condition and we will refund the item in full less any shipping charges, specially ordered may incur a re-stocking fee, in any event if you are returning any item please advise us first to gain a return code from cust@fieldsofblue.co.uk.

For Health Reasons we cannot accept ANY returns of Earrings or Aromatherapy Oil Products - no refunds can be issued due to the nature of the products. (unless damaged)

Damaged Items
If any products are faulty or damaged then please contact us immediately by email at cust@fieldsofblue.co.uk with details of the problem, we will then organise a replacement item or refund. We may require the item to be returned (we will refund cost) or see digital photos of the damage. But please conatct us first so we can help.
Your statutory rights are not affected

UK Shipping
UK Delivery is usually within 4 - 7 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) of the order, however please allow 14 days. If you require items for a particular occasion you can advise us at the time of the order if it is urgent and we will endeavour to speed the process.

If there is an option for UK special delivery, any goods ordered by 1.00pm will be delivered by 1.00pm the next business day. If we fail to achieve this, you can reclaim the additional cost of that service from us.

Larger items from the Maison Blue range can take 14 - 28 days, we will advise if there is likely to be any greater delay.

Delivery of larger items to non mainland UK addresses may be subject to an additional charge, (Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands)

Overseas Shipping

We are happy to ship to most countries, . Items under 2 kgs will be shipped by Airmail, Larger items shipping will be calculated according to weight / volume, occassionaly this may require an extra charge, Items should arive in about 7 days subject to customs delays which are beyond our control.

PLEASE NOTE Currently we are unable to ship outside of Europe due to significant increases in shipping.

If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. You understand that any and all charges of this nature will be borne by you.
