UK Shipping UK Delivery is usually within 3 - 5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) of the order, however please allow 14 days. If you require items for a particular occasion, please advise us at the time of the order if it is urgent and we will endeavour to speed the process. If there is an option for UK special delivery, any goods ordered by 1.00pm will be delivered by 1.00pm the next business day. If we fail to achieve this, you can reclaim the additional cost of that service from us. Larger items from the Maison Blue range may take 14 - 28 days, (more usually 4 - 5 days) we will advise if there is likely to be any greater delay. Delivery of larger items to non mainland UK addresses may be subject to an additional charge, (Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands) Please select the appropriate shipping option when checking out - Thank You. Overseas Shipping We are happy to ship to most European countries. Items under 2 kgs will be shipped by Airmail, Larger items shipping will be calculated according to weight / volume, occassionaly this may require an extra charge, Items should arive in about 7 days subject to customs delays which are beyond our control. PLEASE NOTE Currently we are unable to ship outside of Europe due to significant increases in shipping costs. PLEASE NOTE - Some items can no longer be shipped by Air or Surface mail, due to Royal Mail size policy, single small items are not affected, larger or multiple purchases are sent via other carriers. We will advise if your item cannot be shipped. If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. You understand that any and all charges of this nature will be borne by you. Returns We want you to be happy with your purchase. Customers may return item(s) within 14 days at your expense, in the original wrapping and in original resalable condition and we will refund the item in full less any shipping charges, specially ordered may incur a re-stocking fee, in any event if you are returning any item please advise us first to gain a return code from cust@fieldsofblue.co.uk. For Health Reasons we cannot accept ANY returns of Earrings or Aromatherapy Oil Products - no refunds can be issued due to the nature of the products. (unless damaged) Damaged Items If any products are faulty or damaged then please contact us immediately by email at cust@fieldsofblue.co.uk with details of the problem, we will then organise a replacement item or refund.
